Before & After School Care
We provide Out of School Care for Hillcrest Elementary School children in Kindergarten through to Grade 5.
Before School: 7:15am-School Start.
After School: School Bell-5:30pm.
Preschool
We have a combined ages Preschool. It runs daily Monday to Friday. Please see further details below.
We have a 3 hour and a 4 hour option.
3 Hours: 9:30am-12:30pm
4 Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm
Children who stay until 1:00pm eat their lunch at preschool.

2 Days/Week- Tuesday and Thursday
3 Days/Week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5 Days/Week- Monday- Friday Full Time
Pro-D Camp
HEOSC runs a themed camp on most Hillcrest Elementary Professional Development Day. These camps are open to both children registered with HEOSC and Hillcrest students Kindergarten- Grade 5. If your child is a Hillcrest student who is not enrolled in HEOSC then they are welcome to join too. However, there is a one time per school year $25.00/registration fee.
Pro-D camp runs from 7:15am-5:30pm. The cost is $40.00/child. We have space for 40 children. Families must commit and register two weeks in advance. This gives families enough time to find alternative childcare if we do not meet our minimum registration to run. Please email Manager if you are interested or have any further questions.
