ChildCareBC New Spaces Fund
HEOSC received funding from the ChildCareBC New Spaces Fund to open and operate new studios for Daycare. The New Spaces Fund provides funding to create new licensed childcare - helping families access affordable, quality care and strengthening communities across British Columbia. Through the New Spaces Fund, the Ministry of Children and Family Development is seeking to maximize the number of spaces in high-need areas across the province by focusing on community planning and childcare needs.

Philosophy
Greentrees Daycare believes that children are capable and full of potential. Through positive support from their educators, children are assisted in developing independence in daily routines. Greentrees Daycare believes that through a combination of guided activities, open-ended exploration, and free-play, children are best able to learn and grow. Educators encourage children to learn and explore their own and others' cultures through stories, songs, and play.
